Skills and Experience - 10-15 years of experience with proven record in managing and implementing various projects in banks and other FIs Meeting and interacting with customers to ensure the desired requirement-gathering activities are completed within the stipulated timeframe - Ability to manage large implementations with PSUs / other banks with complex requirements, manage prioritisation internally to ensure delivery happen within the stipulated timelines. - Work experience in implementation teams for product / platform-based organizations - In-depth process knowledge of one or more customer acquisition processes in BFSI domain - Proven experience in customer-facing roles. - Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams, such as Business teams, operations , implementations teams to have the required prioritization accorded - Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams - Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams internally.
