YourStory - Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities of the role:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing proposals and RFPs for clients
Ideal candidate will have following skills and qualities
- Experience and strong understanding consultative sales
- Experience in etc. is preferred
- Master degree in business, marketing or related field
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Client Relationship management experience
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. Ability to appropriately adjust communication style for internal and external audience.
- Strong analytical skills to determine the pricing as well as ROI metrics
- Proven track record in sales quota achievement with high customer experience score
Location: Delhi/NCR
Experience Level: 4+ years in sales, account management and business development roles preferably in B2B consulting, SAAS, Media companies.
