- We are the Young Creators. We are a group of IIM, IIT, and NIT graduates with a profound interest in Politics. Today, Politics is not just about - Netagiri,  Money and Random Campaigning. There is a lot beyond it. From Psephology and Targeted Marketing to Data and Content Analytics, Politics is an amalgamation of different fields. In the last 2 years of our journey, we have closely monitored and had been a part of election campaigns in 3 different states. From Campaign strategies to Exit Polls, from Speeches to Organising political events, we have done it all!

- We are looking to hire a Political Analyst who can play a pivotal role in the election campaigns and participatory democracy. All that we need is passion and interest in Politics and a zeal to learn. If you are interested in making meaningful contributions to political affairs and want to experience it from close quarters, then join us!

- Ours being a Start-up, your responsibilities might vary with time and will get more diverse and exciting. Broadly, your role includes:

- Deriving insights from electoral and demographic data using statistical techniques and business intellect

- Forecast political, economic, and social trends

- Evaluate the effects of policies and laws on government, businesses, and people

- Monitor current events, policy decisions, and legislation changes

- Review, evaluate, and monitor policies and legislation to determine their benefits, flaws, and impacts.

- Liaise with stakeholders to understand and document needs, concerns, and viewpoints.

- Gather, analyze, integrate, and report on quantitative and qualitative data.

- Formulate policy reports that synthesize information, benefit constituents, and display evidence.

- Managing ad hoc analysis and presenting results to various stakeholders.

- Working alongside teams to drive and establish business needs

- Uncover new trends, variables, and frameworks to gain insights beyond the obvious.

- Understand existing data processes and suggest improvements to various data pipelines.

- Own assigned tasks and ensure best results from deliverables within tight deadlines
