CBO/PNL Head - Manage, motivate and develop strategies for all category heads of (i.e., Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Bathroom, Kitchen, Furniture, Furnishings, etc.) and take responsibility for overall P&L of each category - Design and implement strategies for both Demand (on-line and off-line customer segments) and Supply of each category (curated brand on-boarding selection and design across premium, medium and budget segments) - On Demand side work, with digital marketing team to devise plans to target customers with specific product selection and discounts - Determine best prices for the brands and customer segments and related margins - Develop a Seller support team within each category to work with sellers to determine inventory, go to market strategies and competitor dynamics - Develop expansion plans on sales and sellers for all tier 1 and strategic tier 2 and tier 3 cities with Pan India goal - Jointly working with the SMT to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals - Continually improve market share in the marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and other tactical interventions - Nurturing the right partnerships with brands and sellers and building the eco-system for Youkraft that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow - Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall. - Drive GMV/Margins: Work parallelly with the Sales Team to strategize and develop tools and Increase GMV. Ensure that the monthly Sales Targets are met and ensure an increasing trend of 30% with each month - Extracting highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales & category teams - Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends, analyzing on-line and off line competitor strategies and providing periodic reports to the SMT
