At YOLO Bus India :

- You will be responsible for scaling operations from scratch for the city as City CEO to cover all city route operations and will be responsible for all Business Ops including P&L responsibility, balancing supply & demand & customer experience. You will be working very closely with the core leadership team with clear focus on driving business goals towards profitability & scale.

What You'll Do:

- Scaling up demand for new buses added to your routes

- Providing superb user experience while growing the P&L of your business

- Running daily bus operations on allocated routes (bus pick-up & drop, safety, security)

- Managing strong relationships with supply & demand owners (bus owners, operators, agents) and government authorities for smooth operations

- Hiring and training team below you for smooth operations

- Leading city operations with a focus on customer experience, revenue growth & optimal resource utilization

- Planning and executing daily freight and additional revenue in each trip

- Proper planning of bus charts and inventory management for maximum profitability

- Smart pricing, promotion, marketing and sales push on each route

- Ensuring profitability and 100% collections on each route

- Developing and nurturing online and offline agents relations for maximum profitability

- Maintaining and sharing of daily, weekly and monthly report

- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Who You Are : 

- Results oriented and very organized individual who can work independently and with a team.

- Strong understanding of customer service, vendor management and staff/client communication.

- Energetic and highly organized while creating solutions and accomplishing tasks with a smile.

- Ability to juggle multiple software applications while gathering and entering needed data.

- Hawk eye attention to detail when reviewing notes, invoices and documents.

- Project management, account management, and/or property management are a plus.

- Outstanding communication skills.

Skill Requirements:

- 4 to 6 yrs of professional work experience across strategy, sales & operations roles.

- Ideal candidates would have worked with high speed blitz scaling startups in mobility or any other sector as city/regional heads

- B.Tech or MBA from top colleges / universities. IIT/ IIM/ ISB/ Ivy league colleges is a plus point.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment along with a love for working in a blitzscaling startup culture.

- Demonstrated experience of leading a team of 20-30 members previously.
