Yojak is building a India's first global supply chain. Our aim is to transform the way global trade is being done. The credit vertical is one of the most important and impactful for our business and we are looking for someone who is as excited as us to build this from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Creating process notes for the credit underwriting. Build the entire credit function for Yojak. From sourcing(from different ventures) to underwriting credit for different clients for an orderbook more than 100+ Cr in value.
- Establishing a robust Credit Analytic Framework and formulating a credit risk process for the lending segment.
- Interacting with cross functional teams and driving the credit policy agenda and ensuring correct implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system and decisioning platforms.
- Analyzing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market.
- Develop credit risk strategies that will drive growth, profitability and competitive success for Yojak in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands
- Build export invoice factoring
- Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes
- Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
- Play a critical role in driving decision making via analytics for all finance initiatives including but not limited to Credit underwriting, Collections, Fraud prevention, Payments Growth etc.
