About the role :

A startup enthusiast with enough hustle to go through the adventurous journey of a startup. A person who is enthralled with the idea of managing a team and driving sales. A person who has had previous experience as an operations manager and has managed dispatches and/or logistics operations

Responsibilities :

1. Manages multiple warehouse sites focusing on the inventory value and internal process

2. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

3. Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business

4. Plans, directs and controls the operation of the warehouse through subordinate supervision

5. Ensuring smooth and seamless dispatches

6. Standardized Layouts and Infrastructure for enabling high utilization of facilities across businesses, reducing cost, and increasing service level predictability.

7. Leading a team of operations executives and setting KPIs for the team

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as managing, planning, and designing supply chain

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

3. Excellent organizational skills

4. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
