- The business has grown many folds since its inception in 2012 and the exponential growth continues. We are looking for Business Analysts who bring domain expertise in the field of customer analytics and segmentation in enabling data driven decision making.

What You Have

The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will be chartered to proactively identify, conceptualize and prototype opportunities in his/her domain. Working with cross-functional colleagues the SBA will formulate testable hypothesis and pilot solutions that can potentially be taken to the market. The SBA will also be expected to play a role in developing pre-sales and solution documents to assist in the sales cycle

Success in the role requires an innovative & inquisitive mind, the ability to contextualize alternative data and a strong background in consumer research gained from working either in marketing teams or in Market research firms (or both). You should have experience in building segmentation models and developing contextual personas. You should have the ability to work hands-on with large data sets and be able to deliver outcomes with robust visualization

Role and Responsibilities

1. Understand the data ecosystem within the company contextual to the geographies we operate in.

2. Identify opportunities to solve real-world problems by leveraging Yodlee data

3. Develop segmentation models using alternative data

4. Help product management teams in building personas to enhance customer experience

5. Work hand-in-hand with Data Science and Engineering teams to drive synergy for analytics solution delivery

6. Work with external & internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, bring in new ideas/innovation and recommend marketable solutions

7. Create user stories/ proof of concept demonstrating actionable insights for current/ target clients

8. Succinctly articulate the value proposition/ information advantage of using alternative data over mainstream data

9. Work with product and sales teams to develop/deliver marketable solutions including, but not limited to prototyping

Qualifications and Experience

- Masters degree in management/ marketing/ analytics

- 5+ years of professional experience in consumer research/ marketing analytics with a focus on customer segmentation studies

- Experience in Attribute modeling for segmentation studies/ behavioral segmentation/ personal development/ Design Thinking

- Broad knowledge of datasets/ databases and vendor in the market research data industry

- Ability to work hands on with datasets to drive actionable insights

- Exceptional data interpretation and presentation skills

- Demonstrable excellence in innovation, problem-solving, analytical skills

- Good communication, negotiation & influencing skills

- Experience with Business Intelligence tools in the market would be a plus

- Exposure to US consumer markets would be a plus
