We are looking at dynamic field salespersons (hunter-farmer) to lead our growth in Africa.
Job Description:
- Undertaking market research to determine target organisations and key decision makers.
- Contacting clients to present company capabilities and help clients in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle. You will be involved in a large part of the deal lifecycle (Opportunity identification, communicating value proposition, creating client presentations and proposals, building and maintaining client relationships.)
- Leverages internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust pipeline.
- Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region
- Explain value-proposition of company's Products & Services to the prospect.
- Willing to Travel.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in BFS Vertical.
- Brings 5+ years of experience in international sales targeting the BFSI.
- Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like Core Banking, BI, BPM, LMS etc.
- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest.
- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills.
