To lead a team of KYC Operations &amp; workout areas of improvements and operational enhancements. Specific Role Responsibilities: 1. Should make sure Adherence of Service Delivery is maintained by the team and all Account opening within the TAT, need to manage the operations of the Floor and Control failures &amp; Delay in delivery. 2. Conduct On-the-Job training to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer of Compliance skills in alignment with KYC operations &amp; policies. - Assess training needs of agents &amp; Design, develop and conduct trainings as per the requirement. - Facilitate training programs for new and existing team members using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role play, simulations, etc. 3. Report on delivery and curriculum effectiveness. - Screens/Reconciles to ensure adherence to laid policies and process. provides feedback to assist in creation of Quality standards &amp; performance improvement goals. 4. Skill Sets: Education Qualifications : Graduate/PG in any discipline Education / Certification needed, if any :NISM Certified Specialist functional Exposure needed: Knowledge of equity markets/ capital markets, Knowledge of regulatory compliance Industry Experience: Well Versed with AML, Guidelines pertaining to KYC, CVL (KRA), CKYC process Work experience (in years) : 5.5 years + experience in KYC Operations and Compliance Competencies Required: (Behavioral &amp; Technical / Functional) - Take initiative in operations as well &amp; adds value by giving quality inputs for process improvement on regular intervals - Takes proactive measures to adhere to Audit and policies via Reconciliations and Review of team productivity. - Communicates both ways to management as well as to operations &amp; Audit with valuable feedback on timely basis in case of any deviations noticed. - Analytical understanding to predict and work on the Customer Behavior and requirements
