The role will be to actively support deal origination and execution for varied sectors. The incumbent is expected to assist deal managers/ sector leaders in market research, sector coverage, pitch preparation, sell side/ buy side deal execution, coordination with funds and strategic investors, deal closure activities etc. Specific Role Responsibilities / Core Duties : 1. Preparation of deliverables including Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet etc.. 2. Responsible for active relationships with Clients 3. Working relationship with potential VCs, PE Funds, Strategic Investors 4. Preparation of deal tracker and MIS maintenance for review 5.
