This position is open only for candidates who has a corporate/MNC Banking relationship management experience of 10-12 years. Must have dealt with MNC Clients. Candidates from NBFCs need not apply.
Job Description:
- Business Development for cash, trade, lending /structured products, treasury, debt capital markets, investment banking/advisory and liquidity management products.
- Focus on liabilities, transactional banking, and opportunistically look at lending for well priced deals.
- Prepares yearly Business development plan in line with the bank strategy for MNC
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensure strong relationship with existing clients
- Initiates credit approval process for each new client and annual reviews
- Responsible for articulation of the customer requirements as input to product development teams
- Achievement of target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients
- Develop a healthy pipeline of proposals for disbursements
- Monitor the performance of the account client
- Team management - Hiring, retention, managing, coaching, mentoring and monitoring the performance of his team
