Position : Sr. Manager - USRM & Employer Branding

Grade: Senior Manager

Business Unit: Human Capital Management

Sub Unit : YES SCHOOL OF BANKING

Reporting to: Vice President - Talent Management & Leadership Development

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible for driving the university/campus strategies that source highly qualified diverse talent into the organization. The jobholder is required to fulfill the above objectives in consultation with HCM leaders, strategic business teams, and other members of Human Capital Management.

- Drive the YES Professional Entrepreneurship Program (Y-PEP), the flagship campus hiring program of YES BANK.

- Responsible for university/campus recruitment strategy and building relationships with campus stakeholders.

- Play a pivotal role in building the brand as a 'Preferred Employer of Choice' amongst the Best Business Schools in India and abroad.

- Y-PEP duties include consulting with HCM partners, developing hiring plans, profile screening, interview/selection, candidate follow-up, and onboarding.

- Planning and facilitation of employer branding initiatives and outreach programs like knowledge sessions, workshops, event participation, projects, etc at target campuses.

- Drive campus programs like, Transformation Series - Global Case Study Competition, YES Aspire Scholarship Program, YES! i am the CHANGE social film making challenge, YES Stepathlon wellness initiatives, etc.

- Develop strategies and action plan to promote YBL brand as an 'Employer of Choice' through multiple sources (Social, Digital, Website, Print, etc)

- Support development of HCM related content/communications to be published across multiple channels viz. leading newspapers, magazines, etc

- Identify and manage the application process for relevant HCM awards.

Expected Candidate Profile

Age:

- Minimum 27 to Maximum 30 years

Education:

- PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Past Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience with atleast 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services Organisations.

- Experience in handling campus engagement and talent acquisition projects.

Past Organization:

- Preferably from Banking Organizations of Repute

Other Aspects / Skills:-

- Strong strategic, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent presentation & High impact communication skills

- Ability to manage and implement campus related initiatives by taking ownership and working with all stakeholders

- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.

- Superior service skills/"client first" approach
