Job Position:

As a HCM team member , you would be required to work closely with the Business Unit leadership team as a HCM Business Partner.

Responsibilities :

Build strong partnership & provide HR support to the leadership team of the region in order to achieve objectives, ensure alignment between biz. Plan & the employee constituency.

Lead culture, change management, organizational & employee initiatives across region

Hands on leadership of HR professional to manage the implementation of HR initiatives & services in the region to achieve business objective.

Lead staffing and on boarding of new joinee to address the people strategy

Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements as per law, pro-actively identify & ensure that no gaps on matters pertaining to compliance exist

Ideal Candidate

Understands the fundamentals of HR processes & Labor Compliance.

Proactive “Go- Getter’ attitude

Strategic thinking ability with hands on approach

MBA from a reputed institute

6 - 10 years post qualification experience in Human Resources in a generalist role only
