Requirements:

- MBA from Tier I Institutes from 2013-15 batches; 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Banking

- Proficient in data analytics and understanding of one or more Corporate Banking products (Trade Finance/ Cash Management Services/ Financial Markets)

- Working exposure to Business planning, channel engagement, Performance management, Sales risk management, Driving business of quality etc.

- Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank

- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

Job Description:

- Act as a strategic advisor to one or more Corporate Business Units of the bank

- Work closely with BU Head/ Regional leaders to chalk-out sales strategy and be keenly involved in continuously improving business efficiencies

- Identify & Drive key digitization projects from ideation to implementation; projects which can impact either customer experience or improve sales efficiencies

- Benchmark products and practices against industry. Drive change and innovation in partner business functions

- Co-ordinate with all support functions (Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations and other functions as necessary) to effectively implement business strategies
