Yes Bank - Senior Manager - Credit Manager - Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment

- Appraise /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.

- Monitor credit decision by the team

- Develop & motivate the credit team.

- Review delinquent cases and document learning's / portfolio reviews for risk management

- Conduct process audits

- Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.

- Establish and monitor vendors; maintain a pipeline for growth / attrition.

- Implement system integration plans.

- Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets.

Essential competencies :

- In depth knowledge of regional market.

- Networking with peers in competition & retail customers preferred.

- Technical and professional know-how esp experience in working capital lending.
