Yes Bank - Senior Manager/AVP/VP - Program - Yes Foundation

Salary range: 8 - 12 LPA

Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President, the incumbent will be responsible for the management, implementation, monitoring and scaling up of the YES Enabler program. Develop and strengthen YES FOUNDATION's position as the premier corporate foundation in the field of design thinking for the development sector.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of the YES Enabler program including planning, execution, monitoring and budgeting

- Relationship development with key stakeholders, especially government agencies, Non-Profits, corporates, educational institutes, Non- Profit aggregators and other support organisations to amplify the impact of YES Enabler

- Identify new areas for growth and develop strategies to scale up YES Enabler

- Develop content on YES Enabler- related issues including thought leadership articles, white papers, speeches, talking points, presentations etc.

- Supervise impact assessment of the program and document best practices
