Yes Bank - Relationship Manager - Cooperative Banks

Role Summary

Develop and manage co-operative bank business for the various offerings of the bank under the control and direction of VP & overall Executive sponsorship of Senior President - Indian Financial Institutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationship with co-operative banks in assigned geography with topmost responsibility of generating liability and driving CASA balances and deposits.

2. Penetration of CMS products in the assigned CRM i.e. cheque drawing, e-collect/ payments, local and upcountry cheque collections, Treasury product offering of Call money borrowing, Repo deals, Placement & distribution of DCM products, Trade products etc.

3. Capital raising (Tier 2/ Upper Tier 2/ Perpetual capital) for the bank.

4. Ensure compliance with all applicable processes, rules and regulations and internal policies.

5. Communicate YBL brand and ethos consistently through business communication, Establish Bank's positioning as Experience our Expertise, Align /imbibe Knowledge Banking practices

6. B-B-C - Support and helping other teams i.e. branch banking / retail banking by entering into strategic tie-ups with clients to source liability /CASA/ asset / other business opportunities.
