Regional Training Manager
The jobholder is primarily responsible for execution of the overall L&D strategies for Retail, Non-Retail & Support functions in their respective regions. Implement the Bank's L&D solutions viz product, process, soft skills & behavioral training in the region. Identify training needs for Retail, Non-Retail and Support functions in the region and align with the overall learning strategy of YES BANK.
- Implementation of Training Plans for the designated region.
- Facilitation of Training Programs.
- Support the Curriculum team in Content Creation.
- Enabling Functional & select Behavioral Training Initiatives for the region through relevant NRMs.
- Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels.
- Manage training initiatives through partner organizations as well as outsourced training partners.
- Stakeholder engagement in the region for Retail, Non-Retail & Support functions.
- Calibrate training impact for select L&D intervention.
Past Experience :
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Banking Industry exposure desirable.
- Should have managed L&D initiatives for at least 3-4 years with good training delivery skills.
- Awareness of Product, Process training in the Financial Services Industry highly preferred.
