YES Bank AVP- Program M&E/ Quality Management|YES Foundation

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure efficient execution of YF outreach programs and achievement of set targets and goals within stipulated timelines

- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant sectoral partners - educational institutions, youth focused organisations, government youth bodies/agencies and jury members

- Develop and drive effective partnerships with relevant ground implementation partners

- Manage the Foundation's program monitoring and evaluation processes

- Develop program impact assessment framework and conduct program impact studies

- Contribute in building effective partnership and networks with various development partners in relevant circles/ sectors

- Contribute in raising awareness about YF's program initiatives at various platforms - events, conferences etc.

- Ensure sufficient technical inputs for project implementation and close coordination with ground implementation partners

- Maintain reporting and documentation of projects, including regular program updates, evaluation and analysis

- Contribute to preparation of monthly, half-yearly, and annual program reports
