PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
A two-to-three-line statement outlining the objective or the reason for which the job exists.
To work closely with wholesale Banking relationship team and provide Cash management solutions across Corporate, Ecomm, Fintech & Institutional clients. To drive Transaction Banking solutions and generate Liability business for the Bank. Contribute towards CASA Balances and Fee income by scoping & targeting clients in the existing segment.

Responsibilities KPIs:
Strategy & Planning - N/A
Policies, Processes & Procedures :
- Generate & Grow CASA balances & FEE income.
- Scope Existing portfolio + Acquire NTB clients by providing Transaction Banking Solutions focused on corporate, Ecomm, Fintech and institutional Clients.
- Knowhow of digital banking products and services.
- Providing need-based CMS product solutions (collection & payment products) for Corporate Client.
- Gathering market knowledge on how segments perform to adapt to situations.
- Provide inputs on Sales and Strategy to product team for building & innovating transaction banking products & services.
- Articulate and execute business strategy covering product development & sales.
- Work in tandem with service delivery, operations, product and internal stakeholders to provide seamless solutions
- Identifying strategic alliances for delivery of innovative solutions to clients.
Risk and Internal Control :
- Coordinating on aspects related to risk management and adherence to policies, framework defined by the bank and in particular relating to transaction banking group, further to be cautious before executing deals in ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory framework/ guidelines.
People Management or Self-Management
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring timely sales calls logging, Pipeline Updation and ensure NIL deferrals
- Attend Trainings for self-development, additionally contribute towards Social Media Presence & Stakeholder management.
OPERATING NETWORK:
- Key interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal (excluding sub-ordinates) and external stakeholders.
- Internal AML & Compliance, BDTS, Operations team, Operations Risk Management, Legal Risk Management, Digital Banking, Fin Mgt, Treasury.
External Clients/ Customers, Vendors, Regulatory bodies
ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification which are essential to execute the role.
- Education Essential: Graduate or Masters degree Preferred: MBA
- Experience Essential: Overall experience in 2-5 years of work experience in fintech/bank industry
preferably handling Cash Management Sales role.
