The jobholder is responsible for driving employer branding initiatives and internal communication. The jobholder is required to fulfill the above objectives in consultation with HCM leaders, strategic business teams, and other members of Human Capital Management.
- Implement HR communication plan to serve as the lead communications professional with primary responsibility for reiterating and implementing HCM communication campaigns internally and externally through multiple channels such as Articles, Magazines, Newspapers, Social & Digital Media
- Execute strategies and action plan to position YES BANK as a Great Place To Work and fortify YBL as the most preferred Employer Brand
- Execute participation in leading HCM/L&D Awards by identifying relevant awards and managing the application process
- Execute communication for Organizational Development, Talent Management Team in various HR Projects undertaken
Other Aspects / Skills:
- Excellent presentation & High impact communication skills with proven ability to take complex ideas and messages and communicate them effectively to large audiences
- Able to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; highly motivated to succeed under minimal supervision leveraging social media, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
