Implementation of Sourcing Strategies & Sourcing Mix. roll out effective control mechanisms to regulate and standardize the manpower hiring
Manage the execution of end to end recruitment process and ensure smooth functioning of the process with compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
Develop and co-ordinate internal Employee Referral programs
Monitoring manpower cost v/s revenue & budgets on a regular basis
Vendor Management, coordination with Consultants & Candidates for scheduling appointments with the functional head
Preparing, analyzing attrition reports and suggesting the action plans to the senior management
Coordinating exit formalities and ensuring timely completion of full & final settlement and employee separation activities
Act as single point of contact for queries raised by Internal and External customers in respect of Salary Payout Issues, F&F Queries, Attendances Issues, and Business entitled reimbursements, Mediclaim process & Settlements etc.
Plan & conducting/rollout regular refresher initiative on HR policies to all employees
Conduct the Monthly Calendar on engagement activities to keep employees motivated and create Fun @ workplace.
Drive various initiatives such as Online Quiz, Sudoku Challenges, Festival Celebrations, and Birthday Mailers etc.
Coordinate and close performance management activities as per timelines and quality
Preparing and presenting detailed monthly HR dashboard
