About the Team:

Business Management, Innovation & Strategy (BMIS) is part of the core strategy & execution team and reports to the Head - BMIS. BMIS is one of the oldest groups in the Bank and has played crucial role since the very inception of the bank.

The group functions through 4 teams - aligned along the Strategic Objectives of the Bank namely - Corporate Businesses, Liabilities & Branch Banking, Strategic Control functions and Human Capital Management. The current opportunities are available in the BMIS team aligned to Human Capital Management vertical.

Experience : 10 - 12 years

Job Description:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Human Capital Management function

- Chalk-out HCM strategy and co-ordinate with HCM Leaders for strategy execution

- Periodic Review and reportings

- Benchmark processes and practices against industry and drive change and innovation

- Coordinate with all HCM verticals to implement HCM strategies

The role offers a very good understanding and insight into the functioning of the bank/across the bank as well as an opportunity to work with the top management in the bank.

This high impact role paves way to a fast tracked career progression & growth within the bank, to the deserving & well performing individuals.

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier I Institutes from 2001-2003 batches

- 10 - 12 years of experience in HR, preferably from BFSI

- Should have the ability & persona to interact with senior/top management executives within and outside the bank

- Strong communication and presentation skills

The position is based out of Mumbai.
