Position: AVP/VP - Programs

Role:

Under the supervision of the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall management, implementation, monitoring and scaling up of the YES FOUNDATION Media for Social Change Fellowship. Develop and strengthen YES FOUNDATION's position as the premier corporate foundation to build social conscious youth leadership, while providing support to

NGOs communication.

Responsibility:

- End-to-end program management: The incumbent will be primarily responsible for YES FOUNDATION Media for Social Change Fellowship including planning, execution, monitoring and budgeting. The processes of the Fellowship program include the following:

 Outreach and application mobilisation:

- Mobilise high quality fellowship program applicants across given locations in India post multi-staged selection process including extensive application form and video pitch and interview rounds

- Ensure placement of Fellow Designates in relevant NGOs with relevant projects

- Monitoring of Fellows- progress during the NGO placement

- Crisis management and handling support cases (troubleshooting)

- Developing leadership within Fellow Designates

- Develop and maintain YES Fellow Alumni engagement

 NGO Engagement:

- Ensure partnership and onboarding and expectation setting of target NGOs to place Fellow Designates

- Secure relevant projects/assignments from NGOs and identify mentors for Fellow Designates

- Relationship management with NGOs and regular mentor feedback

Training:

- Enhance and modify the training curriculum provided to the Fellows

- Identify relevant experts and mentors for the training

- Processes and Reporting:

- Ensure alignment with internal process to implement program(s)

- Report and analyse the program(s)
