Skills :

- Postgraduate with 6- 10 years of relevant experience in sales role, relationship management, and client servicing

- Knowledge of banking systems and processes will be an added advantage 

- Must have past experience in managing a team; demonstrated successful leadership experience of 3-5 years

Job Description :

- Ensure maximum NTB Acquisition from mapped Portfolio within 90 days of Mandate on boarding

- Ensure Salary Credit (SLC - 80%) in accounts acquired from portfolio corporate 

- To track competition offers during corporate visits & proactively recommend for review & revision to Product & MCC

- Ensure balanced Sourcing MIX is maintained min 50% accounts should meet SLC criteria of 25k and above 

- Ensure highest share of potential accounts in the portfolio corporate 

- Ensure High standards of Service Quality delivered to the corporate including transition of employee salary accounts from competition bank

- Work with other product sales groups / CDMs in the location for Cross Sell facilitation

- Ensuring ongoing planned activities, events and engagement activities and co-ordination with all stakeholders 

- To strategize & implement various cross sell initiatives of balance builders & asset products to improve product penetration in the portfolio

- Adoption of Digital enablers- Responsible for maintaining TAT for account activation as per YBL desired norms

- Monitoring performance, adherence to processes and ensuring productivity of the team
