We're looking for a Sr. Manager SEO: As a Sr. Manager SEO, you'll influence the direction of our organic traffic, globally, and the business at large by informing strategy while diving in with excitement, curiosity, and technical expertise to execute, tinker, and fix where needed. As a technical expert in search engine optimization, you'll get to research, innovate, suggest, test, and utilize the latest and greatest approaches and products in the space. Responsibilities: - Manage a global website built on WordPress/React - Plan and track continuous organic channel performance across multiple geographies - India, USA, EU, UK, Latin America, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and more - Manage a team/agencies of SEO specialists to drive SEO KPIs - Conduct keyword research and share knowledge to guide the content and performance marketing teams - Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes - Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building), globally - Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects to C-suite and peers - Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns - Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends Requirements: - Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO - Connections with international publications for content partnerships - Strong written and oral communication skills with a significant grasp on storytelling with data - Guide programming/engineering teams for technical SEO &amp; automation opportunities - Strong web analytics skills with a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other click-tracking tools - Solid understanding and experience of working in Omni-channel digital marketing environment including paid, social, and content marketing - Present plans and monthly tracking to C-level and peers - Good time and people management skills as this role requires liaising with international agencies and team members Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role - 4+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy - Proven success in SEO - In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
