Job Description: Regional Marketing Manager - US &amp; Canada - To enhance the global team, we are hiring a Field Marketing Manager, US &amp; Canada. This individual will be responsible for driving all aspects of new customer acquisition marketing for the successful North American &amp; Canadian region for yellow.ai. - This individual will work closely with global marketing colleagues and local sales teams to deliver compelling campaigns, manage budget, develop strategy, execute plans, and measure ROI and marketing results. This position will be responsible for conceiving and executing our regional marketing strategy and lead generation, including trade shows, roadshows, webcasts, email, direct mail, and pay-per-click advertising. - To be successful as Field Marketing Manager, North America, candidates should bring strong and proven marketing and lead generation experience in the enterprise software industry, with significant experience marketing SaaS products, as well as North America regional expertise. In addition, they must bring world-class marketing skills in campaign design, execution, and lead generation. - Marketing campaign strategy development for the region, and execution of regional marketing campaigns to support sales objectives and corporate initiatives. - Drive lead generation and nurturing activities to support sales goals. Conceive and implement demand generation and visibility programs, including email campaigns, product/segment/industry webinars, roadshows, lead generation, lead nurturing, local events, PPC, and more to produce high-quality leads while operating within budget. - Create clear, compelling campaign content that demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of the business's solutions and markets and is consistent with company positioning and brand identity. - Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall demand generation; create projections and measure ROI. - Monitor market trends and competitive activities and implement initiatives to drive wins over the competition. - Work closely with corporate marketing, sales, and other internal parties as needed to ensure strategic alignment in the region. - Develop, manage and execute regional marketing plan and budget. - Employ data analytics and data mining techniques to effectively target marketing campaigns to appropriate audiences. - Evangelize the Kaseya message and value propositions with customers, prospects, and trade associations. - Offer timely communication of marketing plans, results, and performance against plan with company directors and executives. Requirements: - A bachelor's/PG degree with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing for enterprise software companies, including significant experience marketing SaaS products. - Track record of outstanding success marketing in the enterprise segment - Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing, and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time. - Excellent written and spoken communication (email content, webinar abstracts, etc). - Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, Salesforce and Pardot preferred. - Excellent analytical skills. - Experience with CRM and reporting - Experience with webinar platforms. - Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, autonomous self-starter; takes initiative. - Takes ownership of initiatives and consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
