- We are building an OTT aggregator with Recommendation Engine being the key focus area for Global OTT content across channels. We have completed MVP and are currently working on enhancing the UX and adding few more features to the product.
- Our target is to disrupt the fast growing OTT space with new distribution models and become the primary platform for content discovery for an average user.
- We are looking for a cofounder who can assist us in fundraising. The person needs to have strong marketing and communication skills and strong contacts with both local and global VC community.
- Preference to the person who have experience in seed-stage startup fundraising in the media & entertainment space.
- Compensation would be purely in the form of equity stake, a low-to-mid single digit depending upon the ability to raise funds.
- We would expect the Co-Founder to work on a Part time basis initially which post funding can be a Full Time position with Salary and other benefits.
Key credentials sought are :
- Must have raised funds for startups before.
- Shall have a network of VCs either across a segment or in region.
- Must keep things simple, sorted & transparent.
- Must be a good net-worker and have a known work history.
- Shall be clear of any conflict of interest situation.
