We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional, who will implement all paid campaigns for Yatra.com and its entities on all digital platforms including social media. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical abilities to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial set-up in an ever growing eCommerce field. Must Have : You'd be getting involved in all facets of the digital campaigns and strategy, from creation, execution and optimisation. You'll also have a keen eye for keeping everything on brand working closely with the technology, content and marketing teams. - Strong understanding of the Interests & behavioural targeting, Custom audience, Remarketing and various pricing and reach models on Facebook and other social media platforms. - Maximise traffic and conversion - Improve user experience through all touch points, web, mobile, app - Provide relevant analysis to internal teams to take action to improve - Constantly search out barriers to sales, conversion and customer journey issues then develop plans to remove - Analysis of the site performance to ensure maximum customer response and manage external marketing partners. - Produce reports and on-going recommendations to the business. - You'd be driving revenue through the digital channels and an eye for conversion - Developing strategies; SEO, PPC, social, mobile, CRM campaigns - Proposing site and campaign optimization based on analytics based evidence - Providing regular evaluation and monitoring of the digital marketing strategies - Producing a monthly report on e-commerce performance, development and opportunities - Your team will include digital marketers, and design experts - Implementation, Optimization and monitoring of Social media campaigns on daily basis. - A/B testing across ad copies, bids, type of ads, creatives etc. - Strong understanding of campaign creation for new products/product categories from scratch. - Good understanding of various features and strategies used to do bid optimizations at Behaviors/Interests/Audience targeting level. - Strong Analytical and number crunching skills with good knowledge of MS Excel. - Good understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyse traffic funnels. Good to Have : - Knowledge of Statistics and Analysis tools like SPSS/R etc. - Knowledge of other advertising platforms like LinkedIn/Twitter etc. - Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Webengage & retargetting softwares Desired Skills and Experience : Organized & Detail-Oriented : Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines. Excellent quantitative skills : Ability to analyse performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently. Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing. Team player & Ownership : Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned. Strong academic credentials : M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background preferred. Good communication skills Experience in Online Marketing for e-commerce portals/website
