We are working towards education, employment and health and need a strong leader to coordinate the efforts with partners.&nbsp; The key roles are: Identification and detailing of programmes: We need to build clarity on deliverables and what we expect out of our contributions. Identification of partners and assignment of projects: We need to find the right delivery partner and work with them towards setting up of agreements and monitoring systems. Monitoring and delivery: Ensuring delivery of promised results and updating the board about the same. Raising funding: There is always more to be done. We can contribute a certain amount but the project may need more funds. There needs to be capability and experience for raising the same. Board updating and discussions: Ensuring that the board is kept updated about developments. Preparing presentations and conducting deliberations.
