- Yapsody is looking for a Strategy Associate to join our growing team. You shall be a part of the Strategy Team at Yapsody and work closely with the core business strategy team in defining a medium-term and long-term business strategy for Yapsody's Ticketing &amp; Entertainment Business. - Your main activities will include Annual Strategic Planning Exercise, Digital Strategy, Competition Analysis, Long-Term Strategic Trends / Discontinuities, and Portfolio Optimization. - You shall also act as an internal consultant to the top management / senior business leaders in helping address specific strategic opportunities for business development and challenges facing the product. Job Requirements: - Work with the Head Business Strategy on the design and deployment of both medium-term and long-term strategic business objectives for Yapsody's various business lines - Define solutions &amp; strategy for given business problems based on internal and external data and market benchmarking (business problems could be in the nature of resource utilization, marketing solution, new market entry / new product or segment launch/ramp-up of existing business, strategic alliances, and others) - Spearhead business expansion and marketing activities with distinct trackable metrics - Track milestones, goals, and ROI at the corporate, department, and project levels - Facilitate the strategy team in tracking internal productivity and performance metrics, and establish auditing processes and procedures for collecting relevant data - End to end Project Management of key strategic initiatives identified - Partner with different functions within the organization - Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, human resources among others in a deployment of the business initiatives identified - Support in long-term strategic planning, monthly &amp; annual business planning and reviews for the business - Support in representation of organization performance Skills Required: - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, detail orientation - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint) - Education / Experience Required - MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-School - At least 1-2 years of experience in strategy or planning or consulting functions would be preferred - Prior experience in product based company or IT services / Tier 1 consulting firms would be preferred Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
