Manager - Publication Sales to Higher Education Institutions ( Case Studies, Simulations , Online Courses )

KRA & Experience:

1) Hunter : Acquisition of NEW clients. Universities. Educational institutions. Business Schools and drive sales for our academic content and online courses. B2B Sales .

2) Farmer: nurture and grow existing and new business from the above clients.

3) Marketing & Events curating creating hosting for education leaders like Deans Directors Vice Chancellors and Founders.


- Minimum 6 years plus in B2B sales, key account management, enterprise sales is a must post MBA from reputed institutions.

- We are looking for high energy and self-driven individuals who will collaborate with Institutes and leverage the relationships with professional entities aligning with company business policies.

- The objective is to go beyond the known and familiar structured and narrowly encapsulated forms of generating new business. The company's leadership is looking for someone who can bring new perspectives and creative ideas for taking their university and college partnerships to a new league

Job Description

- Represent global Ivy league universities to collaborate with Indian Education groups & Universities and drive enterprise sales of online management programs for students, faculty and alumni.

- Aggregate database of decision-makers like Vice-Chancellors, Founders, President and Chairman of Education groups and engage with them for B2B sales .

- Possess a full understanding of clients' specific decision-making and purchasing process

- Navigate through university, organizations to leverage cross-sell or upsell opportunities

- Develop long-term relationships with clients and design account plans for new relationships.

- Effectively prospect, develop, and close B2U sales opportunities

- Develop Strategic Business Plans & Develop Teams.

Skills & Qualifications :

1. MBA from tier 1 institute with prior relevant experience of 5+ years in B2B and B2C Sales/Affiliation and partnerships with mostly Universities & college institutions

2. Dynamic, self-starters with a proven track record in Business Development in specialized online training/IT/consulting with existing network connects in universities and education institutions
