Role & Other Details :
- Team Manager / Team Leader / Branch manager / center manager
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in managing sales and business development.
- Should have string team management experience .Team size managed should be 12 to 30 sales executives.
Preferred industries - Higher Education. Edutech
KRA :
- Sales Planning . P & L management
- Hiring Sales team . Develop and train the teams to ensure sales and Profitability matrix.
- KRA and KPA setting for entire teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved .
- Daily reporting
- Should we well experienced in sales / calling softwares like Salesforce/ CRMs-
- Joining Is immediate / before 2st April
