Manager - Performance Marketing


About the Role (Overview):


Join XYXX Apparels as a Performance Marketer and drive impactful growth initiatives across organic and paid platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term strategy for boosting awareness, conversions, and profitable sales growth of our outerwear collections.


How You Will Add Value:


Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute yearly strategies to drive awareness and sales for XYXX collections.

- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, and Design teams for media and promotion planning.


Campaign Management:

- Set up and manage Amazon and Flipkart campaigns for various objectives, including:

- Prospecting for new categories.

- Retargeting for cross-promotion and audience segmentation.


Ad Strategy Design:

- Create ad strategies to maximize ROAS and achieve business objectives.

- Implement campaigns focused on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).


Data-Driven Approach:

- Leverage strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies.

- Drive customer behavior insights to enhance engagement and shopping intent.


What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

- 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in e-commerce or apparel industries).

- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaign management, including advanced tools.

- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to work with data, interpret trends, and optimize campaigns.

- Growth Mindset: Proactive problem-solving ability and a passion for scaling brands.

- Customer Orientation: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and shopping intent.

- Budget Management: Experience managing and optimizing significant ad budgets for ROI-positive campaigns.

- Creative Collaboration: Ability to work with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.

- Performance Tracking: Knowledge of KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with additional marketing tools like Amazon Pi, Flipkart Iris, Hotjar, Semrush, or Ahrefs for insights and analysis.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to convey strategy and performance to stakeholders.

- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of emerging trends in e-commerce marketing and willingness to adopt new technologies or approaches.
