About the Role:

Xynteo is looking for an Insights Advisor to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with an opportunity to develop and implement solutions for socially and environmentally relevant challenges, wherein competitive salary will be offered based on the experience and competencies. You will join a talented and diverse global team - covering 19 nationalities from a variety of backgrounds and experience in business, science, finance, technology, energy, infrastructure, law and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Understand the social, economic and environmental challenges confronting various businesses and their stakeholders to define project ideas.

2) Create future-fit growth by ideating, developing and testing pilots and incubating new business ideas together with our partners.

3) Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as subject matter experts to seek strategic inputs and guidance from the assessment phase to pilot and post-pilot. Manage the structure, design, and delivery of projects according to budget, schedule and quality expectations.

4) Take ownership of project goals, milestones, and content, manage stakeholders and contributors with strength, structure, and influence, to ensure the pace of delivery despite distractions.

5) Develop and showcase thought-leadership material and outcomes from research, analysis and expert synthesis of complex issues on relevant topics to benefit partners and the broader organization.

Does This Sound Like You?

Must-haves:

1) 4-8 years of professional experience, with either 2 years in a strategy consulting firm or in-house corporate strategy team

2) Master's degree from economics/business, social studies or related spheres

3) Experience working in the energy or waste-management sector or with an impact-fund/accelerator

4) Excellent research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills

5) Experience in developing new project ideas (from conceptualization to execution), business plans and end-to-end project management

6) Passion to work in the social and environmental sector

7) Experience working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software

Preferred:

1) Entrepreneurial mindset and open to working in a start-up environment
