About the Role With a core set of programme partners in place, Xynteo is seeking a Director to lead the execution of India 2022, helping to ensure its initial success and future expansion. You will lead the engagement with senior leaders of its programme partners, helping them to - connect the dots- to identify opportunities for commercial action through events or other forums, and working with programme partners to turn plans into reality. You will develop and maintain external relationships with key opinion leaders across four areas - waste and sanitation, skills, healthcare, and energy - and recommend options to scale up Xynteo's work in India. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate groups of senior corporate leaders to ideate, develop and scale business activities - Lead programme events, including public speaking, narrative creation, and vendor management - Support the delivery of multiple complex and multi-year projects (alongside programme partners) - Prepare and deliver presentations to public audiences and stakeholder groups - Lead the account management for programme partners - Direct Xynteo's programme teams to achieve excellence in delivery Candidate Profile: - Comfortable engaging with senior business leaders and speaking in public - Ability to facilitate group discussions and identify actionable insights out of complexity - Comfortable managing high levels of ambiguity - Experience in developing partnerships with senior external stakeholders - Track record of achievement in project management and account management - Experience working in a variety of sectors and roles, with international exposure
