Head of Operations and Revenue :
- Hiring for Head of Operations and Revenue managing India operations and reporting directly to Co-Founder
About Client :
Our client is a leading electric mobility company that is slated to grow 10x in the next one year by solving the challenge of urban mobility. They are looking for a hands-on professional to own the vision, strategy & execution of entire revenue for the India market.
Role & Responsibilities :
You will be a part of the core management team and will manage a team of 500+ people spanning across city business operations (heads), Ops Efficiency, Growth, and Central Command Unit.
You will be responsible for:
Growth & Strategy :
- Setting up and owning the delivery of OKRs on Revenue, Cost Efficiency, and utilization
- Expanding availability and accessibility across existing cities and evaluating new geographies for launch
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador in the country for the organization and strengthening relationships with institutional clients
- Working closely with the marketing team to increase the acquisition and retention of users
Operations and Efficiency :
- Taking ownership of P&L and maximize revenue while monitoring unit economics
- Delivering on key operational metrics and driving projects plans
- Working with cross-functional team - Marketing, Tech, Cx, L&D, Finance, etc. to drive strategic plans
Ideal Candidate :
- Ideally, you are operations professional with 10-16 years of experience in managing large teams, city/regional operations, and with a deep understanding of supply-based revenue generation in a tech-enabled product/service organization. You have hands-on experience in relationship building, setting up control mechanisms, and handling complex operations.
- You must have an agile mindset, bias for action, and a data-driven decision-making approach. You should have excellent communication skills and out-of-the box thinking to solve complex problems. A bachelor's degree from a premier institution is required and Masters/MBA will be a plus.
