Job Summary : - The Chief Business Officer is responsible for driving Pan India Partnerships to increase the sourcing and conversion of leads through our channel / developer partners. - S/he will work closely with the Infra Team, Design Team and the Retail Teams in the Experience Centres teams to ensure that we are able to deliver on the key projects taken up to scale the organization operations across India. - S/he will manage the growth and the P&L, by delivering sales and profits. - S/he will manage the business planning, process planning, operations and cross-functional collaboration. - S/he will manage the overall performance of the product and services portfolio. - S/he develop and lead a high-performing team, in a high-octane growth environment to deliver organizational efficiency through optimized sales revenue generation and maximized profitability. - S/he will build effective and enduring business relationships with builders, key customers, stakeholders and prospects. - S/he will be responsible to create a positive brand image in the mind of customers, market and business community Key Responsibilities : 1) Accountable for the PNL: Delivering sales and profitability to meet/ exceed budget targets. Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic sales plans in line with PAN-India strategy. Monitor market trends, sales and product performance, conduct regular reviews against plans and take corrective action as required. 2) Drive the growth of the organization by establishing growth plans for existing products, effectively managing their life cycle, successfully launch line extensions and new product, launch new stores and establish and manage effective strategic partnerships. 3) Define, drive and oversee the launch planning and execution of upcoming key launches by ensuring seamless cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration. 4) Enable and build supply partnerships. 5) Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customers to maintain target NPS. 6) Ensure alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manage key processes. 7) Successfully lead the team, manage all people-management related processes (recruiting, performance management, coaching, training and development). 8) Identify and build key capabilities, talent pipeline and ensure proper development of assigned people. 9) Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that service-specific protocols, business processes, tools and systems are aligned to the vision of the brand. Job Specifications : Educational Qualification : MBA / Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing Experience Required : Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar domain, of which minimum five years should be in leadership position.
