Business Development Manager
- Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience in the retail sector.
- Ownership and responsibility in the expansion of brand outlet through Franchisee Owned-Franchisee Operated (FOFO).
- Good knowledge of market catchment including markets for future expansion.
- Build effective business relationships with brand outlets and malls.
- Responsible for negotiating lease rentals and terms of legal agreements
- Working with different departments including Designing, Construction, Commodity, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to operationalize a store on time.
- Representing Xtep at industry forums for creating brand preference and for building relationships with developers and retailers.
- Performing competitive market analysis based on store numbers, locations, revenues, products, and franchisee models and sharing the insights with management.
- Responsible for identifying new markets suitable for Xtep business model.
- Have a proven track record in closing/managing partnership deals and organizing activities
- Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- To recommend to key Franchisees an appropriate organizational framework / operational structure.
- Drive store portfolio development in collaboration with the Real Estate team through excellent Planning & detailing
