Customer Success Manager
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team! As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
- Candidate must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. He/she should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage our customer portfolios.
- Ensuring great client experience for existing customers
- Hold product demonstrations/webinars for new prospective customers.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn
- Continuously improving customer experience.
- Encourage upsells and cross-sells.
Customer Success Manager Requirements & Skills :
- At Least 4 to 5 years of Experience in similar roles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Comfortable in working on EST time Zone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Good Knowledge of customer success processes.
- Passion for service.
Salary Range : 15-20 lakhs per annum
