XSEED Regional Education Coach: As Regional Education Coach you will own the quality of academic implementation of the XSEED program at scale in 200-300 XSEED member schools across a state and lead a large distributed team of education coaches. Specifically you will : - Lead a regional network of education coaches, directly manage 5-10 Education Coaches located in tier 2&3 towns - Mentor team to conduct in schools by personally modeling XSEED lessons in the classroom, teacher/leader workshops and providing meaningful feedback & academic support to coaches in the field - Plan & execute quality academic implementation and change-management across schools through regular and calendared school visits, high impact teacher training, timely audit reports and academic queries resolution and end-to-end solutioning - Ensure 95% school retention and 25% user growth by tracking customer satisfaction on product/service efficacy, resolving complaints within 48 hrs, and thereby building credibility rapport with owners & principals Desired Skills and Experience: - We are looking for skilled passionate education managers who have high level of ownership and commitment to quality learning and teaching .
