XSEED Education - Regional Education Coach (10-12 yrs)
Role : As Regional Education Coach you will the XSEED program implementation for schools in a region (200-300 schools), mentor and coach and team of education coaches and upgrade all member schools to Full-Program. Specifically you will:
- Responsible for a team of 5-10 education coaches, planning, coaching and monitoring of their service calendar. Mentor team to do high impact teacher training in schools.
- Model XSEED classes across grades, provide meaningful feedback & academic support to team.
- To ensure 95% retention and 25% revenue growth by tracking customer satisfaction on product/service, resolving complaints within 48 hrs, and thereby building credibility & rapport with owners & principals.
- Hire train and lead a team to ensure regular and calendared school visits & trainings, timely audit reports and academic queries resolution, provide end to end solution inside schools which should lead to high CSAT scores.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- We are looking for skilled passionate education managers who have high level of ownership and commitment to quality learning and teaching . You will succeed in this role if you possess
- 10+ years of experience, Bachelors/Diploma/PG/Fellowship Program in Education
- 3-5 years of teaching experience in elementary (K-8) grades, preferably in a non-traditional school and/or training experience in a quality K-12 training/school management organization.
- Ability to demonstrate high quality lessons and resolve classroom implementation challenges through modeling effective classroom practices
- Should have at least 1-3 year experience in a non academic role (preferably in a corporate or non-school setting).
- Empathetic, hard working, strong inter personal skills, should understand how XSEED is different from a traditional class
- Willing to stretch in a role that requires extensive travel 10-15 days in a month in a 200-250 km radius to tier 2 & 3 towns and high accountability to results
- Highly disciplined in terms of time-management, response time on call/meeting/email and customer service orientation
- Continuously reflect, open to receiving critical feedback, learn and un-learn
