XSEED Education - General Manager - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
XSEED India is seeking a dynamic GM of Marketing for its India business. The position is based in Bangalore and will be responsible to the Country Manager & Head of XSEED India.
Successful candidates for the role will possess :
Professional Experience : We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who brings a blend of experience in both established and start-up/growth environments
- 10-15 years of marketing experience
- Expertise in B2B/Tech-driven marketing in Services/SaaS/e-commerce combined with an early grounding in B2C marketing (ideally FMCG or Advertising Agency)
- Excellent academic credentials, graduating from a leading university with a degree in business
Functional Skillsets :

- Lead generation, qualification and management
- Brand & business management, GTM planning and execution
- Social Media and online marketing

Key responsibilities :
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of all marketing and communication programs that will enable XSEED to rapidly scale its footprint from 3000 to 10,000 schools by driving demand generation for new school acquisition and enhancing the loyalty of its existing member schools. Some of the key elements of this role includes
- Owning demand generation and qualified lead targets for the sales funnel
- Overseeing all activities related to brand management, including brand image and messaging, consumer understanding, brand & market communication, collateral development and agency coordination
- Building XSEED's online presence using digital marketing techniques (SEM, SEO, social media)
- Enabling the salesforce with high-quality product collateral, sales toolkits and customer offers
- Creating and managing customer engagement and loyalty programs for XSEED's member schools and influence retention and NPS metrics
