Job Description:

1. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

2. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions

3. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)

4. Reviews employment applications and background check reports

5. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
