1) Lead the team of Control Tower team to maintain high level business operations.
2) Maintain close cross functional stakeholder management.
3) Facilitate and coordinates all transportation procedures according to SOPs aligned with customers- requirements are delivered and maintained.
4) Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company.
5) Review and analysis the operations data and performance to prepare monthly management reports with sound recommendations to management and customers.
6) Monitor the targets and KPIs such as on time delivery rate, delivery volumes, service quality and customer complaints.
7) Provide guidance to subordinates to enhance team & competences.
8) Ensure coaching and best practice sharing across the Control Tower teams and work on refining real
monitoring.
9) Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to collate necessary inputs, deliver RCAs, and address real-time issues.
10) RCA & Deep dives- Weekly, fortnightly updates and deep dives to stakeholders as needed.
11) Handle the planning and program management of all metrics and projects related to operations.
12) Ability to stay unbounded and do not restrict himself to the Job Description.
13) Need to work with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Planning, Tech, Analytics.
