Job Description:

1) Managing marketing & developing core communication that supports the strategic and operating goals of the business with both internal and external stakeholders

2) Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - in sync with diff BU objectives

3) Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

4) Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

6) Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

7) Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

8) Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

9) Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels

10) Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

11) Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

12) As an Organic Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for organic traffic on search engines. Need to be ROI driven and understand Google SERPs

13) You will help create & execute strategy for scaling traffic & increasing lead generation through Google, Bing, etc.

14) You should have in-depth knowledge of search engines and have handled SEO.

15) Overseeing development of marketing materials & Publications like leaflets, brochures, Corporate film, Annual Report.

16) Planning Annual Marketing Budget , Content Strategy - Publications & Research Papers

Skillsets:

Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM, Market Automation, Public Relations, Marketing & Brand Communication, Creative & amp; Concept Development, Brand Marketing

Qualification:

1) BTech or any other relevant Masters degree

2) Proven working experience in marketing - 5+ yrs

3) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

4) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

5) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

6) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

7) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, similar web)

8) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

9) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

10) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing and measurement
