The JD of Analytics below :

1. Critical thinker

2. be able to identify what the most important data points are and what is the story emerging from the data

3. be able to visualize the data and create a verbal and visual narrative around the numbers in a compelling, digestible, and memorable way

4. Working knowledge of SQL, R (preferred), Tableau and Spotfire (would be good to have)

5. Knowledge of statistics is must.

6. Knowledge of basic DBA skills and understanding of data normalization & denormalization
