Position -Manager (Process Excellence, B2B Supply Chain)

Experience - 3+yrs in WH or Transportation, Preferable - B2B supply chain

Education - MBA from a good B-school, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Operations Research

As individual you should:

- Define B2B Sales and Ops - Processes & improve for CX, cost, reliability and scalability

- Identify opportunities for improving shipment life cycle through design changes

- Conduct Time and motion study

- Evaluate synergies with other XB supply chains and determine possibilities for standardization

- Detail and execute projects having direct impact on B2B constructs

- Should be accepting facts/data instead of perspective

- Understanding of B2B supply chain will be preferred

- Understand XB-transport management system & work with clients to address process gaps/issues

- Leader in exploring new concepts for B2B supply chain / innovation
