Operations Manager - Last Mile Ops : Delhi & Lucknow : Xpressbees Logistics
1. Plan, design and control the day to day Last Mile Operations of the region.
2. Manage day-to-day operations of team including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and managing vendor relations.
3. Planning & building network, executing First mile operations /Hub Operations & Last mile Operations across the region.
4. Construct Strategy for regions to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.
5. Develop New Territories in the Region.
6. Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development.
7. Conduct Weekly, Monthly & quarterly review of KPIs.
8. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
9. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
10. Oversees the daily sales & procurement activities along with operations.
11. Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
